Boylan Golf Cars is proudly celebrating 40 years in the golf car business. We are the official YAMAHA Golf Car distributor for Michigan and Northern Indiana. We are also an authorized YAMAHA dealer in Florida. We sell hundreds of new and used YAMAHA Golf Cars each year to golf courses, private individuals and businesses. We also sell and service used Club Car and EZ-GO models.

100 years: The Evolution of Boylan Golf Cars
Our corporation was originally founded in 1907 as the Kalamazoo Implement Company by Otis H. Boylan. The company evolved into automobiles and Otis was joined by his son Lester who eventually retired from Boylan Buick. Lester’s son, Jim Boylan, continued to grow the car business and in 1967 ventured into golf cars. In 1972 Jim sold Boylan Buick and officially opened Boylan Leasing in Plainwell, Michigan to concentrate solely on leasing and servicing golf cars, primarily to golf courses at the time.

As the popularity of golf cars grew, Boylan Leasing became Boylan Sales, Inc. and serviced golf courses, private individuals, and other commercial businesses. In 2006 we changed our name to Boylan Golf Cars to better reflect the quality products and services we provide. Today we continue our long-standing tradition of offering utility and leisure vehicles that make work and play more pleasurable.
